Interschool Sports: Basketball
Year 7 Girls Basketball
On Wednesday 21st August the year 7 girls went out to Interschool Basketball. We had 2 great wins against Gleneagles and Timbarra and 2 losses to Berwick. Throughout the day the girls proudly represented the school by demonstrating teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship.
Year 8 Boys and Girls Basketball
On Thursday 22nd August the Year 8 Boys and Girls basketball teams competed in interschool sports. Both the girls and boys teams displayed incredible teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Their hard work and dedication were truly inspiring, and we are proud of their achievements. A big thank you to all the players, coaches, and supporters who made this experience so memorable.
Intermediate Basketball at Hallam
On Wednesday 28th of August, our intermediate and senior boys basketball teams went to Hallam Secondary College to compete in our regular friendly rival games. Unfortunately, both of our teams lots however our players had fun and were given the opportunity to improve on their skills. They were excited to socialise outside of school to strengthen their bond as team mates.
