REMINDER - Year 10 – School Immunisation Day – Meningococcal ACWY
Just a friendly reminder to please complete online CIRV Portal Consent form for the upcoming Meningococcal ACWY immunisations, taking place at school on Wednesday August 21st for Year 10 students. Please complete the consent form (link below), even if you choose not to give consent for your child to be immunised at school.
