Hello families and students,

I am humbled to serve as the principal of Fountain Gate Secondary College.

As the child of migrant parents and a graduate of the public school system, I have seen firsthand the difference education can make. It has the power to open doors, create opportunities, and change the course of a life. That belief sits at the heart of everything we do.

We are proud of the diversity of our community, and recognise that every student brings their own strengths, experiences, and potential.

Our vision is clear: to know our students and give every student every opportunity to thrive through high-quality learning and pathways aligned to their interests, aspirations, and strengths.

This is underpinned by our values of Respect, Responsibility, Endeavour, and Honesty. These are not just words. They guide how we work together, how we build relationships, and how we support each young person to grow.

At Fountain Gate Secondary College, we place a strong emphasis on truly knowing our students. This allows us to support not only their academic progress, but also their social and emotional development. When students feel known, they feel confident, connected, and ready to learn.
