Emails are sent to subscribers bi-weekly on a Friday night, which will include new posts since the last newsletter was sent. If something was missed or needs to be added before the next due date, this will get emailed out the following day (Saturday/Sunday).
Fountain Gate uses the MailChimp service to read the RSS feed generated by the website comprising of the news posts submitted on the website. MailChimp will then produce an email of the latest posts and send this to all subscribers to the service on the scheduled date mentioned above.
Added to every email is an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom if you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter.
