Fountain Gate Secondary College’s Young Leaders work as a team to run events in the school, talk at assemblies and important events, and speak on behalf of the students about important topics.
The team learns leadership skills at the start of the year and meets regularly to plan and work on various projects. It is an excellent opportunity to learn, develop, and implement skills that significantly benefit all areas of life, especially future career prospects.
Students will be advised when nominations open for leadership positions. Interested students will submit a nomination form. Once candidates are shortlisted, they are interviewed, and then leaders will be announced and presented with badges.
