The Rugby Academy is a select-entry program and requires an application and interview.

Throughout the year, students participate in practical and theoretical learning experiences that develop rugby-specific skills, game understanding, physical fitness, and personal growth. Students engage in regular rugby training sessions, strength and conditioning programs, fitness testing, performance analysis, and interschool competitions, while developing the knowledge and skills required to become successful athletes and positive team members.
