In Year 10 Media, students explore how media narratives are constructed across film and print media forms while developing advanced production and analytical skills.

Students investigate genre, form, style, audience, and media influence through both practical production work and theoretical analysis.

Through the media production process, students work collaboratively to plan, film, edit, and refine their own short films while also exploring contemporary issues surrounding media and change, including social media, algorithms, AI, streaming, and digital audiences.

Students analyse how media technologies and institutions influence the way audiences consume and interact with media in contemporary society.
